How I approach my work today is a result of pivoting career 4 times to finally discover and commit to a path that feels truly on purpose. In the process of aiming high, never settling for less, staying curious and courageous both in my private and professional life, CHANGE became my area of expertise

I debuted on stage at just 14, I joined the cast of a cult Polish musical “Metro” as one of the youngest performers. At 16 I was offered a scholarship at The Urdang Academy of Performing Arts in London and left home for good. This was the first, true resilience test of my not-yet-adult life. I had to work on weekends to support myself, and in the end instead of landing a role on the West End, I succeeded as a professional bartendress and traveled Europe in search of the best spirits and flavors for sophisticated cocktail menus. This brought me back to Warsaw to work at the training & events department for one of the iconic Polish vodka brands. There was one challenge I couldn’t keep up with the drinking…

I decided to pivot again, this time I found my way into TV production - I was hoping as a producer I could cast myself in one of the leading roles. This didn’t happen but I quickly became a go-to producer for international projects thanks to a natural talent and time spent in London. This is where I learned how to empower teams, how to manage complex stakeholders, and above all how to lead myself in this incredibly demanding and fast-paced environment to avoid burnout and continuously high-perform, but…

This wasn’t the end for me, when my son was born I started craving more meaning, and more sense of purpose, I wanted to have a positive impact on the world. This is when I decided to go deep and find yet another path, one where work and life are fully integrated, this time I did it very consciously, why it’s a path I can keep walking forever ❤️
