How we learn

I am a certified ICF coach, Positive intelligence mentor, neuroscience nerd, spiritual seeker, and mind-body connection expert. This program is a perfect mix of science, distilled insights from years of group and individual work with my clients, mindfulness and mental fitness practices.

I believe that to shift things in our lives and create real change we need to engage all three - body, mind, and spirit

MY STORY

For as long as I can remember, I've lived life on my own terms. I do things others consider impossible; I don't choose the beaten paths. I say no to things that feel wrong, and follow what makes me feel truly alive. I change countries, careers, homes, and languages. Change is what drives me, what allows me to grow and expand, what gives my life meaning. I love being in motion, I love exploring, I love life.

This path is not easy, it takes a lot to do what feels right for you when society, your conditioning or the culture you are from tells you something different. As a woman, born in Poland in the 80s, I had to overcome a multitude of limitations - feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness, disregulated nervous system, constant people-pleasing, perfectionism, a powerful inner critic, imposter syndrome, and recurring self-doubt.

On top of that, as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) I feel everything times ten. It has its advantages—you feel joy and gratitude with your whole being—but also its’ disadvantages—you experience an emotional rollercoaster of the largest proportions. I always wanted to live a courageous life, but what I wanted at the same time, was a sense of inner peace, a deep belief that everything is okay, that I don't need to do or prove anything to feel ENOUGH.

It has been a long journey, one I am still on today because it never really ends. It's a way of life, not a goal to achieve. That’s why I created this program, for you, but also for myself, to continue being here and now, with what’s important. If you want to lead an authentic, empowered and exceptional life this is your place. It requires unpacking your limiting beliefs, really getting to know yourself, and mastering your mindset and emotions. What I can tell you with 100% certainty - it’s a worth it.
